Aliens Reloaded has just launched on Itch.io, with the v3.5 update. I am in the process of porting other mods over as well, and figuring out how this whole Itch.io thing works.

At the moment, the community is still over on Nexus and Nexus will be the best way to reach me if you have bugs or any questions.
