Love it! I was actually wondering if someone has made a one, all-in-one mod with a complete overhaul to appearances (and adding new sims), houses, relationships, lore and so on so there is no need to use save files anymore; is this your goal in the end? would love to see it!
Thanks! I am planning on expanding this to include new premade sims and lore at some point, including integrations with other mods (this started out as part of my other mod, Aliens Reloaded, and will definitely integrate with that sooner or later). There's also a few modders I know who are working on overrides to the world files to allow new houses and lots on game start, some very cool projects in progress.
I do enjoy making save files a lot, but we're also seeing a lot of EA bugfixes only apply to new saves, and I got tired of starting over eventually haha. I'm hoping mods like this one can help save people time when it comes to getting their game the way they like.
I really like it, I just think Mortimer Goth looks better now, I just don't like the look of Nina and Dina and Katrina Caliente now, but I do like Don now more than in the beginning, because he kinda looks a bit more like Don from Sims 2.
I wish there was a version with Mortimer Goth, and Don EA version but with fixed genetics for all who needs it, and Nina, Dina & Katrina can have the old look.
Edit: Is it possible to include the alien abduction from Bella Goth from Sims 2?

Thanks! I'm considering tweaking Mortimer and Don's designs a bit more in future updates, since I do like some elements of their new EA designs, but I'm not planning on doing any more versions. It's actually a giant pain, lol. But they will most likely end up closer to their EA remake designs in the next update.
When you load into the Goth household, Bella should have the abduction milestone already (so long as you have Get to Work), and if you also play with Aliens Reloaded there's a few easter eggs. More when I release the AR 4.0 update. You'd need to have both AR and this installed when beginning a new save, though.

I won't lie, this is super interesting and I love the idea of it... but is there a way to get a version without the change to the Goths and the Calientes. I love Alexander's genetics being fixed but I also really like the current versions of the two families
this is literally the mod i've always wanted 😭 i can't count the number of times ive started a new save and tried to fix all that you've fixed but gave up half-way through because of how tedious it is. thank you!!!

Would it be possible to not have the changes to the Goth and Calientine looks? I like the updated ones.
